| GUARANTEES |
The Sales Office REQUIRES fourteen (14) business days
for final menu selection and three (3) business days for
final guarantee, prior to the date/time of your function,
as to the number of guaranteed guests. (Monday and Tuesday
events must be guaranteed no later than 12 noon on previous
Friday.) The guaranteed number will be the MINIMUM number
charged for. Since last minute guests often arrive, our
staff will be prepared for a 5% increase over the guaranteed
count.
As an example, if you guarantee 150 guests for a wedding
reception, at $10.00 per person, your bill will be $1500
plus service fee and tax. The staff will prepare for 8
additional guests, for a total of 158 guests. If 152 guests
arrive, you will be billed $1520 plus service fee and
tax. If 148 guests arrive, you will be billed for the
GUARANTEED MINIMUM of (in this example) 150 guests or
$1500 plus service fee and tax. |
